This is a blend of beans hailing from Colombia, Rwanda and Tanzania.
Sparky pairs perfectly with milk and is a super smooth and sweet milk espresso blend.
Recommended extraction is 21gs in, 40gs out. Run time of 30 seconds (you can include a 10second pre-infusion as part of the run time).
