The Hario MUGEN is a dripper that can brew coffee in a single pour. This dripper lacks internal ribbing, so paper filters stick to it as coffee flows down the star-shaped grooves to slowly brew. The holder can also be removed, so you can place the dripper on any of the Hario drip stands.

Use Hario V60 2 cup paper filters for the Mugen.
Recipe: 25g coarse coffee (coarser than a V60 grind)
Rinse the papers
Level the bed
Add 300g of water (93 degrees)
Pour in concentric circles over 15 seconds
